Knowledge is better when shared
Organising and facilitating knowledge sharing within any company is a great first step towards creating new learning grounds and a mutual assistance network. The cornerstone of Knowledge Management is sharing best practices and lessons learned. Organisational changes may be necessary to promote collaboration, learning and above all experimentation.

Developing an organisational memory, connecting experiences and best practices with people and vice versa… everything is connected.
Knowledge is contextualised & organised information
Bits and pieces here and there won’t help you visualise and create a mental image. Context is the binder and gives weight to an information. It will allow you to take action.
