Adding Information
Website Bookmarklet
Use the bookmarklet to quickly add websites. Titles and descriptions are automatically extracted, with any highlighted text added as an abstract.
Tagging
Tag yours and other people's content to enrich categorisation and enable collaborative indexing of information. Define facets to categorise tags specific to your needs.
Send via Email
Send an email to Knowledge Plaza to add both the email and the attachments. With Knowledge Plaza Enterprise, you can define rules on how they are published.
Workspaces
Choosing to which workspace you add information provides high level classification and allows access control should you want to make content reference only or invisible to certain groups.
Comment and Share
Every piece of content inside Knowledge Plaza can be used as a hub for discussions. Content can also be sent-to or exported for other members.

Gather information inside a Mosaic for easy annotation or collaboration. Bring together websites, documents, contacts, references or anything else into a central place for easy referencing.
Annotate and Collaborate
Use the Mosaic wiki to discuss the content gathered and to make assertions and decisions to support projects or research. Mosaics can be open or private, it's up to you.
Full Export with PDF Summary
At any time hit the export button to create a zip file containing all sources of information (websites, documents etc) including a beautiful PDF report of the Mosaic contents.

Favourite Search Locations
The Web tab provides a one stop shop for your favourite external search locations. You can build lists of approved search locations by type, industry or however you like and use them directly inside KP.
Custom Search Engines
Every website added to KP is added to your custom search engine. You can run a live Google search from inside KP against all the websites added to your instance or restrict the search to websites with selected tags.
