How can I pay?
We accept Master Card and Visa at the moment with support for other forms of payment in the future. We cannot accept PayPal or payment via cheque.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
After your 30 day free trial you can cancel your account without being charged a penny. Alternatively, if not cancelled, you will be switched to the Starter plan which is payable monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
Is my data safe and secure?
In a word, Yes. Our state of the art hardware and data centre facilities offer the highest level of physical security. In addition application access is limited to HTTPS sessions and all sessions are fully encrypted with high-grade 256-bit AES. Put simply this means your data is very safe.
Can I switch plans?
Switching plans is a piece of cake. Simply access your personal dashboard from within the application to access administrative features including an option to switch plans. Any changes made to a subscription will be effective from the 1st billing day of the following month.
